At Manji Marble Crafts, we take pride in delivering handcrafted stone products created with precision and care. Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our offerings, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined clearly below.
Orders may be cancelled only before the production process has commenced. Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Any cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of Manji Marble Crafts.
Most of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Customized products, including those manufactured based on client specifications, dimensions, materials, or finishes, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.
Advance payments made to confirm an order are generally non-refundable. Such advances cover material procurement, design planning, and production preparation costs.

If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the customer must notify us within a reasonable time of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence. Claims submitted without proper documentation may not be eligible for review.
Upon receiving a valid claim, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or an agreed alternative method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.
Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Any return shipping costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer unless the issue is caused by us.
For international orders, additional considerations such as customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping regulations apply. These charges are non-refundable and outside our control.
